Current contracting options with RSC include: (1) commercial purchase orders under Title 10, (2) Our Navy Seaport Prime Contract, N00178-07-D-5217, for all regions in the United States, (3) Federal Grant procedures, and (4) government research & development BAA acquisition procedures. Existing vehicles include direct contracts with USN and USAF procurement offices, and other support contracts via partnerships with various prime contractors. RSC is also very active in the government’s SBIR, and STTR contracting avenues for promising technology development opportunities. Open Market Corridor (OMC) is a web-based system for e-government and e-commerce transactions with the government, for information dissemination and general efficiency. The OMC is available for processing credit card purchases worldwide — anywhere in the world the US Federal Government does business and DFAS makes a payment. OMC uses lines of accounting and government Purchase Cards as payment methods, while it accepts government Military Interagency Purchase Request (MIPR) funding.
