RSC was incorporated on March 25, 2003, as a closely-held, entrepreneurial business. Initially a subsidiary of Renaissance Networks (RNi), a wireless telecommunications infrastructure and development firm, RSC became an independently-owned corporation in October 2003. Driven by its vision for technology development in the government public domain, RSC has established a unique role as a partner of the federal government in the development of government-purpose technology products.
